Private Duty (One on One care)
A licensed Nurse provides one to one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home for 8-16 hours a day. We specialize in the ventilator, trach and/or tube feed dependent patients. But this is only a few of the skilled care we can provide at home. This special program funded by Medi-Cal for Qualified applicants. These are some services offered with private duty:

When a patient is comfortable in their own home, it can influence their overall health. Our certified Home Health Aides at Abundant Grace Health Care Services, Inc. can perform a variety of household tasks, such as personal care, homemaking tasks, and personal hygiene, for our patients to be comfortable in their homes while they recover.
A home health aide will help our patients complete their daily tasks more conveniently. With our certified Home Health Aides assigned to provide companionship to basic health assistance, our patients will remain independent and live an active life.
